How long does a custom piece take?

• Custom dresses: 2–3 weeks

• Custom gowns: 4–6 weeks

⛔ Please note: During prom season (January–May), turnaround times may be longer and availability is limited. Early booking is strongly encouraged.

How long does ready-to-wear take to ship?

• Processing Time: All ready-to-wear pieces are processed within 2 business days after your order is placed.

• Shipping Time: Shipping speed is determined by the method you select at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I make changes after I place my order?
Because custom items are made-to-order, changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order items. For eligible ready-to-wear items, please view our Returns & Exchanges policy.
